I feel like my days with Jack Reacher are over. Personal is a nice book, but Reacher doesn't appeal to me anymore.

All You Need Is Kill
Military scifi that was badly written and had awful characters. The only redeeming quality is that it was still possible to create an entertaining movie from this mess of a book.
Hollow World
I was hoping that I'd like this book, but it was not meant to be. It started out well enough, but the story moved into a direction I just didn't like.

I did not care for this book. Really bad science and a weak story. That the book is better than the movie is only telling thing about the movie.
A Quest of Heroes
I found this book for free on Play Books. After three chapters I decided not to venture any further. The writing is rather easy on the reader, a bit too easy for my tastes. It kind of reads like fanfiction. The writing skills on display here are sub-par and obviously no editor ever worked on this.
I, the Jury
I thought I would enjoy some pulp crime stories from the master himself. It turns out that Mike Hammer is just too over the top and not likeable at all.

A Spy by Nature: A Novel (Alec Milius)
Very detailed, slow moving book. Only towards the end did it catch me by surprise and reeled me in. The writing style certainly is a matter of taste.
Vendetta: The Giant Novel
I read this book the first time twenty years ago and had very fond memories. Sadly, they did not survive the second read. It seems my teenage taste was quite different.

Finishing the story arc by tying it all together. It was a nice ride, but I'm also fine with it being over.

Started to kind of ignore the characters. Neither the visual style of the characters, nor their behavior are really likeable. But I still like the overall story.
